Teffasia provides sourcing support, supplier verification, factory audits, pre-shipment inspections, and logistics coordination for buyers importing from China. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees of each engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed by both parties before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project fees are split: 50% at launch, 50% after the pre-shipment inspection passes. Single services are payable in advance.
Inspections are performed to the AQL 2.5 sampling standard unless otherwise agreed. Reports are delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion. In case of failed inspection, negotiation support with the supplier (rework, replacement, or discount) is included in the service fee.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by suppliers or freight carriers outside our control, though we will support claims on your behalf.
